Warranty Information
All our Lamps are covered by our 3 Months Warranty - this excludes the Lamp Housing which only carries a 30-day warranty.in order to cover any damage that may incur during the Delivery Process. The respective Warranty Periods commence from the date of your Sales Invoice. Should the Lamp fail or the Lamp Housing found to be faulty/damaged during the respective Warranty Periods, the complete Lamp Module must be retrurned (at your expense) together with a copy of the original Invoice, to our Comapny Address. It is your responsibility to package the Module in a maner which will protect the Lamp Module (i.e the Lamp and Housing) from further damage whist in transit. On return, Lamp Modules will be inspected in order to ascertain conformity with the terms of our Warranty. Whenever possible, we will honour a legitimate claim under Warranty by sending you a replacement item from Stock. If this is not possible, we will contact you to ascertain if you are happy to wait for a replacement item to come in to Stock or if you would prefer a refund of the original Purchase Price.

Delivery
All units are sent Fully Insured whilst in transit. When you take delivery of the unit if there appears to be any damage to the packaging you must indicate such damage on the confirmation of receipt slip the delivery driver will ask you to sign. Failure to indicate such damage will result in the forfeiture of a damaged in transport claim and as such you shall be liable for such damage.

Accepting Orders
When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know. If the processing of a Payment is declined on security grounds we may contact you to clarify the details you provided or request an alternative payment card/method.

Representations
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use any debit or credit card used to purchase goods or services on this site. You also warrant that all information you have provided is accurate and true.

Security
When making a purchase directly through our Secure Shopping Cart, we know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted on your computer using 128 bit encryption before being transmitted over the internet. They are only decrypted after they reach our server.

Cancellations and Refunds
Your order can be cancelled at any time prior to your Order being dispatched. Any refund due will be credited to the same credit/debit card used to purchase the item(s) or a cheque will be issued.
All transctions are regarded as a Sale and only in exceptional circumstances will a fully functional item be accepted for Return To Stock. However, the item will be regarded as being a Used Item and incur a 20% Restocking Fee that will be deducted from any Refund.

Liability
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased from us.

Dispute
If you have received your order and you dispute the item/s delivered to you, you need to retain all the documents supplied.
